　　说到近几天爆火欧美音乐圈的顶级女rapper，那就不能不提卡迪·B（Cardi B）了。

　　2018年，她发行首张个人录音室专辑《Invasion of Privacy》，该专辑获得了第61届格莱美奖最佳说唱专辑，被《时代周刊》选入“全球百大最具影响力人物”。

　　而最近，Cardi B在直播中自曝已经移除了95%的臀部填充物，并且极力劝阻粉丝不要做巴西提臀手术。

　　Cardi B shocked fans on Wednesday when she revealed that she secretly had surgery this summer.

　　周三，Cardi B透露自己在今年夏天秘密接受了整形手术，这让粉丝们感到十分震惊。

　　The 30-year-old singer shared on social media that she had biopolymers fillers taken out of her bottom four months ago adding that the operation was 'crazy.'

　　'In August I got surgery and I removed 95% of my biopolymers… if you don't know what it is, it's a** shots. It was a really crazy process,' she said in an Instagram live video.

　　The crooner went on to explain that she felt pressured to have larger curves when growing up in New York City as she was body shamed for being thin, and the performer has since regretted it.

　　She also said fans wanting Brazilian Butt Lifts (BBL) should be careful.

　　It’s become one of the most popular plastic surgery procedures—but it’s also the deadliest. Even so,according to the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, the BBL continues to increase in popularity.

　　A BBL starts with liposuction, where a surgeon sucks fat out of areas in the body, then processes and reinjects it into the buttocks and hips. The areas of planned liposuction (Shafer says that fat is usually taken from the abdomen or the lower back) and the outline of planned fat grafting are marked before surgery.

That fat is then injected into the marked areas of the butt.

Although some surveys estimate that the rate has gone down, it’s still important to be aware of the danger.
